About Me

Vivek is pursuing his M.S.E. in Robotics at the GRASP Lab in the University of Pennsylvania. He received his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from the University of Mumbai in 2016. He will be joining iCueMotion, a Skill Augmentation Research & Development Lab as an Applied Computer Vision/Machine Learning Engineering starting in January 2018.

Vivek’s research interests lies in applying Machine Learning and Deep Learning to solve
problems in Computer Vision (human pose estimation, 3D reconstruction of deformable and
articulated objects, visual servoing, SLAM for bio-inspired legged robots and visual art). I’ve
been assisting Dr. Feifei Qian in conducting experiments to study the interactions between
legged robots and obstacles.
